Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve, Warrnambool
Whilst camping in Killarney (a few minutes away from Port Fairy) we spent the morning at the Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve. A great place to explore if you are looking for things to do with kids in Port Fairy.

The area has picnic tables, electric barbeques and toilets.

All walks start from the Visitor Centre.

Journey to the Last Volcano Loop
This is the walk we did on our visit.
1.9km, 1 hour circuit with some steep hills
This was a moderately strenuous walk in the heat with some steep hills with some great views around the park.
Wildlife at Tower Hill Reserve
One of the best things about the Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve is the animals roaming free. Emu’s, koalas, reptiles (no snakes for us luckily) and echidnas.
If you are looking for things to do in Port Fairy with kids, we can recommend a visit to the Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve.
